Program description

Hoss Automation sends one-to-one, conversational text messages to people who have contacted us about our services. This covers two situations. If you ask us to text you when you submit our contact form, we may text you about the request you sent. And if you call our business line and we are unable to answer, we may reply by SMS from that same number to help with your request and connect you with our team. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts.

How you are enrolled (consent)

There are two ways you can be enrolled, and you will only ever receive texts if you contacted us first.

• You ask us to text you on our website. On our contact page there is an optional checkbox — never pre-checked, and never required to submit the form — agreeing to receive SMS text messages from Hoss Automation at the phone number you provide. You can submit the form and hear back by email or phone without ever ticking it.
• You call us first. If you call our published business number, (463) 403-0668, and we are unable to answer, your call is your consent to receive a text reply from that same number about your inquiry.

We do not send messages to numbers obtained from purchased lists, third-party data, or affiliates. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (463) 403-0668.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or the contents of your text messages with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
