A PRODUCTIZED MONTHLY RETAINER FROM HOSS AUTOMATION

The Small Business AI Concierge

An always-on AI operating layer for the small business owner. Cash, customers, and operations — monitored, summarized, and acted on. Without hiring anyone.

What this fixes

Most small business owners spend their evenings chasing invoices, sorting through email, and worrying about cash. The work that grows the business gets pushed to next week. Again. The Concierge ends that cycle.

  • “I don’t know my cash position right now.” — Your books are weeks behind. Bank balance doesn’t include AR or upcoming bills. Decisions get made on gut feel.
  • “Invoices stay open too long.” — Polite reminders feel awkward. Late customers slip further. AR creeps up while the bank balance creeps down.
  • “I’m drowning in email and missing the important stuff.” — The customer complaint, the renewal, the lead worth a call — all buried under noise.
  • “My CRM is a graveyard.” — Contacts are stale, deals have rotted in pipeline, no one has time to clean it up.
  • “Month-end is a fire drill.” — Categorizing transactions, flagging mismatches, writing a P&L narrative the accountant can use — it eats a Saturday every month.

What’s included

Every Concierge engagement covers four pillars. Depth of each pillar scales with your tier.

Cash & Bookkeeping

Rolling 30/60/90 cash forecast. Invoice chase drafts ready to send. Month-end reconciliation against your payment processors. Accountant-ready close packet. Quarterly tax organizer.

Sales & Customers

Daily lead triage with call list and talking points. CRM auto-maintenance. Weekly customer pulse. Tone-matched drafts for every complaint, ticket, and refund.

Owner Rituals

Monday Brief in your inbox. Friday Pulse end-of-week. 25th-of-the-month cash heads-up. Quarterly business review. You never wonder when the next touchpoint lands.

Heavy Lifts

Plain-English contract review with redline. Hiring packets — job post, interview guide, offer letter. Ad-hoc analyses answered with your own data, not a generic spreadsheet.

Delivery cadence

Hoss runs on a rhythm. You always know when the next touchpoint lands.

What you’ll need

Hoss layers on top of the tools you already use. You don’t need to change software.

  • Accounting: QuickBooks Online, Wave, or comparable. Pre-QuickBooks owners welcome — we can start with your existing ledger.
  • Payment processor: at least one of Stripe, PayPal, or Square.
  • Email: Gmail or Google Workspace preferred. Outlook and M365 supported.
  • CRM (optional): HubSpot Free or above. We’ll set this up as part of onboarding if you don’t have one.

Three steps. Two weeks to first brief.

Discovery call → service agreement signed and tools connected → first Monday Brief lands the following Monday morning.
